The challenge
Luxico needed to scale a proprietary system across multiple booking channels while keeping pricing accurate and guest experience consistent, without the manual synchronisation work that scaling on the old system would have required.
What we built
A custom Laravel and Next.js property management platform integrating Airbnb, Booking.com, PriceLabs and Duve with real-time data synchronisation and role-based access.

The outcome
Property data, pricing and guest communications now stay synchronised across every booking channel automatically, removing the manual reconciliation work that previously limited how many properties Luxico could operate at once.
